THE DETAILS
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. The website includes contact forms, customer accounts, test checkout and customer support chat. Real orders are not yet open.
Information collected
We collect information you submit, including names, email addresses, contact messages, offers, account details, support conversations and test order details. Checkout collects delivery information. Payment card details are entered into Stripe’s secure payment form, not stored by The Ninth Edit.
How information is used
Information supports account access, enquiries, order testing, offers, fraud prevention and human support. Support messages may be processed by our AI service; avoid sharing card numbers or sensitive personal information. Newsletter consent is a separate optional choice. Necessary browser storage remembers your basket, favourites and cookie choice.
Before real orders open
The legal data-controller identity, retention periods and full service-provider disclosures are still being finalised. This policy must be completed before real trading begins.
